Pittsburgh Seam Closer

The Vicon Pittsburgh Seam Closer reliably closes the Pittsburgh seam on duct work ranging from 16 – 26 Ga. and 12” to 60” in length. The heavy-duty “Single V” forming roll closes the Pittsburgh seam from either side, eliminating the need to turn the duct section over to align the Pittsburgh edge with the forming wheels, thus saving time and labor.

Dual Head Corner Insertion Machine

The Vicon Dual Head Corner Insertion Machine inserts and crimps stackable bolt connection corners into straight duct with T25-a or T25-b flanges. The Vicon Dual Head Corner Insertion Machine handles ducts of 26 to 16 gauge galvanized in lengths ranging from 32” to 56” with quick and simple adjustments. Truly the most reliable and rugged machine available.

Single Head Corner Insertion Machine

The Vicon Single Head Corner Insertion Machine features a heavy-duty frame structure designed for single corner insertion of flanged duct fittings. Machine utilizes various brands of TDX™, TDF™, TDC™ stackable corners. Standard tooling designed for 16-26 gauge duct. Interchangeable tooling available, with quick changeover for various flange types. 100 PSI air pressure required for 16 gauge processing. The Table Top or In Ground/Pit Placement design allows customizable operator working height.

TDX Duct Brake

The Vicon Duct Brake forms TDX flanged duct work with quick and easy positioning and 90° bending of L-Duct Section, Full Wrapper Duct, and Fittings.

  • Maximum 2” Liner Capacity when forming lined duct
  • 6” x 6” minimum full wrapped, unlined duct size
