About Us
Scotchman Industries is proud to be an American manufacturer who has always been export-minded. The company was given the President’s “E” Certificate for Exports in 1981 by the Secretary of Commerce, for excellence in its increased exporting of products. Today Scotchman Industries continues to export their products to many countries around the world.
Today, Scotchman Industries, Inc. has a complete line of thirteen different ironworkers, ranging in capacities from 45 to 150 tons, with component tool design, and a fully integrated European style; both are available in either single or dual operator models. Scotchman has successfully acquired and maintained a large portion of the ironworker market.
Cold Saws
Steel Manual & Semi-Automatic Saws
Scotchman offers six models of manual & semi-automatic cold saws with either an 11” or 14” blade:
– CPO 275 and CPO 350 have manual operation;
– CPO 275 PK and CPO 350 PK operate with an air vise
– CPO 275 PKPD and CPO 350 PKPD are semi-automatic machines.
The Scotchman Advanced Feed System, with programmable stop feature, works as a great addition to any Cold Saw. The AFS can turn any semi-automatic machine into a fully automatic production machine.
Non-Ferrous Saws
The Scotchman Non-Ferrous Series of cold saws provides the cleanest cuts in solid or extruded aluminum.
These machines provide straight, burr-free cuts; easy mitering; and safe operation without sparks, heat, or burr.
The Non-Ferrous Series is available in all stages of automation–manual to fully automatic and are built to last.
Scotchman offers two styles of Non-Ferrous Cold Saws:
– CPO NF Series in manual, semi-automatic and automatic. – SUP NF Series offers large capacities in an upcut style.
– SUP-600 ANGLE MASTER combines an automatic mitering ability with a programmable feed. It’s exclusive software lets you input your part dimensions and angles to give you a complete double miter cut.
– GAA NF Series offers large capacities in an automatic upcut style.

Automatic Saws
Scotchman automatic sawing systems are guaranteed to save time, reduce scrap and eliminate costly mistakes. Scotchman Automatic Cold Saws are available in both steel cutting ferrous saws and non-ferrous models. Our steel cutting cold saws feature rigid, high speed steel blades; double clamping; mist or flood lubrication systems; variable blade speed and adjustable feed rates that combine for high quantities of burr-free, accurate cuts.
Our HFA Series is available in two feed options: pneumatic feed with a 30″ shuttle or a CNC with a programmable control. Both options give you automation to improve your cutting accuracies and production rates.
Our GAA series saw gives you a non-ferrous automation to cut your large non-ferrous projects. With the standard 20″ blade and 20″ shuttle capacity, you can cut round and square material up to 6″ diameters. Our GAA-500 90 DT-20 has the same capacities as the GAA-500 90 plus the ability to drill and tap up to 20mm diameter holes.
Our RFA Series utilizes a roller feeding system. These machines are ideal for longer length parts because they can be ordered with either standard 60″ or optional 90″ or 120″ outfeed stops. The infeed system can be supplied with either a supply table or a bundle loading attachment.
The newest addition to our line of automatic saws is the CPO 350 AutoLoader. We’ve taken our semi-automatic CPO 350 PKPD saw and added an auto loading system creating a fully automatic sawing system which can cut multiple lengths of tube (max 3” dia.) and has the ability to run unlimited cut lists from 1/2” to 23’ lengths.
