Ritchie & Sons is pleased to offer this 2011 GEKA Hydracrop 110 hydraulic ironworker. Built in Spain, the Hydracrop series is known throughout the metal fabrication industry for its heavy-duty construction, precision, and long service life. The two-cylinder design allows two operators to work independently at separate stations, making it an excellent choice for fabrication shops looking to increase productivity.

The Hydracrop 110 features five integrated workstations, allowing a single machine to perform a wide variety of fabrication operations including:

• Punching
• Angle shearing
• Flat bar shearing
• Round and square bar cutting
• Rectangular notching

With a 110-ton punching capacity, the machine is well suited for structural steel fabricators, miscellaneous metals shops, ornamental iron contractors, stair and railing manufacturers, machine shops, and general fabrication facilities. The independent punching cylinder provides fast, accurate punching while the second hydraulic cylinder powers the shearing and notching stations, allowing simultaneous operation by two users.
