Overview
Tennsmith DS24-20 Cheek Bender is a rugged, bench-mounted machine designed to increase productivity while producing accurate, consistent bends in sheet metal.
The two-way trunnion design holds the bending apron steady at the base of the bend, helping maintain accuracy throughout the length of the sheet.
The DS24-20 accommodates bends from 1/4″ to 7/8″ deep across a maximum bending length of 24″. Built with Tennsmith’s check bender handles and rated for 20-gauge mild steel, this machine provides a practical solution for HVAC duct fabrication and other light-gauge sheet metal applications.
