Overview
The Vicon Dual Head Corner Insertion Machine is designed to insert and crimp stackable bolt connection corners into straight duct with T25-a or T25-b flanges.
The machine accommodates 26 to 16-gauge mild steel duct in lengths from 32″ to 56″, with quick adjustments that require no tools when changing duct lengths. Its heavy-duty tubular frame is designed for dependable operation in demanding duct fabrication environments.
Automatic and manual control functions, operator-friendly sensor indicator lights, and a low-corner quantity alarm help improve efficiency and prevent crimping cycles when a corner is not present. The machine is compatible with TDX®, TDC®, and TDF® duct connector systems and most brands of stackable corners.
An optional six-foot capacity machine is also available.
