The Empire Em-Pro EMT-7R Power Rotary/Swaging Machine is a versatile, heavy-duty machine designed for forming, beading, flanging, and swaging applications.
Built around a solid cast-iron frame and heavy-duty oil bath gearcase, the EMT-7R delivers high torque and reliable performance across a range of forming operations. A 1 HP motor with variable frequency drive provides precise speed control up to 87 RPM.
The standard manual hand-operated top shaft control can be upgraded with optional pneumatic or hydraulic controls for hands-free operation. Its plug-and-play design also allows these options to be retrofitted in the field.
