Ercolina offers a complete range of mandrel tube and pipe bending machines for applications ranging from prototype and small-lot fabrication to automatic production and large-profile industrial bending.
The lineup includes the versatile 030 Mandrel Bender, the dedicated TB80 semi-automatic mandrel bender, the 65CNC3V1 and 76CNC6V5 three-axis CNC automatic benders, and the large-profile GB100CNC, GB130CNC, and GB200CNC Giga Benders.
Available capabilities include programmable bend angles, material springback compensation, automatic mandrel positioning, precision positioning, stored programs, and hydraulic clamping, pressure die, and boost functions depending on the model.
With capacities ranging from 2-1/2″ mild steel tube on the 030 and 65CNC3V1 to 6-1/2″ mild steel tube on the GB200CNC, Ercolina offers mandrel bending solutions for a wide range of fabrication and production requirements.
