Overview
Ercolina TB60 Top Bender is an electromechanical rotary draw bending machine designed for accurate, repeatable bending of large-diameter tubes, pipes, square and rectangular tubing, solid bars, and other profiles.
The TB60 features touchscreen programming of bend angles with multilingual system diagnostics, a digital bend angle display, and material springback compensation. Its quick-change tooling system accommodates multiple bending radii, providing flexibility for a wide range of fabrication applications.
Electronic monitoring of the counterbending die position supports accuracy and repeatability, while a foot pedal allows hands-free operation. The machine also accepts Ercolina’s A40-P two-axis positioning table for multiple and sequential bends.
Built with an electromechanical drive system and no hydraulic components, the TB60 delivers consistent bending performance for fabrication shops and production environments. The machine is available with multiple electrical configurations to accommodate different shop requirements.
