HBT Series
HBT Series
Manual universal hand brakes for forming complex sheet metal parts, available in 48" and 72" models.
Overview
Tennsmith HBT Series Universal Hand Brakes are designed for forming complex sheet metal parts, including HVAC transverse duct forming components, down-flanged parts, architectural sheet metal, and signage applications.
Unlike conventional hand brakes, the HBT Series allows operators to remove both the upper and lower segments of fingers, providing greater flexibility for forming intricate shapes and specialized bends.
The HBT Series includes the HBT48-12 and HBT72-16 models. Both machines are built with Tennsmith’s heavy-duty construction and quality standards for reliable performance in sheet metal fabrication applications.
Optional radius fingers are available to accommodate additional forming requirements.
