Manual Slip Rolls

Manual slip rolls for precise sheet metal forming, available in 12" to 49" forming lengths.

Overview

Tennsmith Manual Slip Rolls are designed for accurate and reliable sheet metal rolling and forming applications. The series combines precision-turned, ground, and polished high-carbon steel rolls with heavy-duty cast iron end frames and a welded steel base for strength and durability.

Convenient operating features include large roll-adjusting screws and scales for efficient, repeatable setup. A front-mounted handle allows operators to lift the upper roll for easy removal of formed material.

Wire grooves are standard, providing additional versatility for forming applications. The rugged construction and straightforward manual operation make these machines well suited for sheet metal fabrication shops and general forming work.

The series includes the SR12, SR24, SR36, SR42, and SR48 models, offering forming lengths from 12 to 49 inches and mild steel capacities ranging from 24 to 16 gauge. An optional stand is available.
