Overview

The Marvel #8 Mark III (VT4555M) is a semi-automatic vertical tilt-frame band saw designed for versatile metal cutting applications. Its cast iron construction, large T-slotted work table, and standard 3° forward-canted column provide a rugged platform for efficient cutting of structural and general fabrication materials.

The #8 Mark III provides 17.5″ cutting capacity at 90° and miter cutting up to 60° left and right. A 5 HP blade drive, 1-1/4″ blade, inverter-controlled variable blade speed, clutch power feed, pneumatic blade tension, and quick-action vise support reliable, precise cutting across a wide range of applications.
