Davi MCB Plate Rolls are heavy-duty 4-roll machines engineered for medium to heavy plate rolling applications. Designed for high-volume, repetitive production, the MCB range combines powerful forming capabilities with advanced controls, precise operation, and extensive automation options.

The MCB features a sturdy, compact closed-frame design that minimizes deflection and provides stability during demanding rolling operations. This construction supports accurate pre-bending with minimal flat ends while reducing foundation and installation requirements.

Davi’s heavy-duty planetary guides provide precise side roll movement and increased forming leverage, allowing operators to achieve tight rolling diameters. The patented Servo-Tronic system maintains roll parallelism through integrated hydraulic and electronic controls, supporting consistent accuracy throughout the forming process.

The MCB incorporates pendular shaft-mounted gearboxes that allow the rolls to tilt for cone forming applications. Its reinforced yoke and accessible frame design simplify finished-part removal while improving operator access and maintenance.

Advanced CNC controls provide repeatable rolling performance and can be customized to support a variety of production requirements. Available upgrades include vertical and side supports, gantry loaders, and additional material handling equipment, making the MCB suitable for both standalone fabrication and automated production environments.
