Overview

Davi MCO Plate Rolls are heavy-duty 3-roll double-pinch machines designed for reliable, efficient plate forming. Featuring a fixed top roll and two independently adjustable side rolls, the MCO combines hydraulic power with straightforward operation for a wide range of fabrication applications.

The MCO is a cost-effective solution for rolling plates from approximately 5/8–3/4 inch thick up to 3–4 inches and beyond, depending on machine configuration. Its versatile design accommodates different plate thicknesses, forming diameters, and production requirements.

The double-pinch system allows both ends of the plate to be pre-bent without removing or reinserting the material. This reduces handling time, improves operator safety, and helps minimize flat ends for more accurate finished cylinders.

Davi’s All-Rolls-Drive technology independently powers all three rolls, providing excellent plate feeding and minimizing slippage, even when forming narrow or large-diameter cylinders. The machine also features heavy-duty planetary guides and roll crowning to support consistent forming accuracy.
