Davi MCP Angle Rolls are advanced 3-roll double-pinch machines designed for precision, versatility, and productivity in structural section bending. From smaller profiles to heavy beams and large-diameter pipes, the MCP range provides powerful forming capabilities for fabrication shops and industrial manufacturers.

The MCP features Davi’s All-Rolls-Drive technology, with three independently powered rolls providing consistent traction and reliable material feeding. Its double-pinch design allows operators to accurately form a wide variety of structural sections, including angles, flats, squares, channels, beams, and tubing.

Universal rolls accommodate many common profiles without requiring frequent tooling changes, helping reduce setup time and improve productivity. Heavy-duty hydraulic guide rolls and a 3D forming system provide additional control when bending complex shapes and correcting material deflection.

For demanding structural applications, the MCP can be equipped with a hydraulic pulling roll unit designed to support the bending of I-beams, channels, and other heavy profiles. Specialized tooling and accessories expand its capabilities for pipe bending, spiral forming, and custom section bending applications.
