Overview

Roper Whitney PEXTO PH Series Hydraulic Shears are compact, fully integrated hydraulic power shears designed for efficient and accurate light-gauge sheet metal cutting.

The PH Series features fast, smooth, oil-cushioned operation and triple-action shearing with relief on both edges of the fixed and moving blades. This design reduces blade-to-blade friction, provides positive bite to help minimize sheet movement during cutting, and produces double penetration in the cutting action.

Both the moving and fixed blades are Hi-Speed steel. A one-piece cast shear bed is recessed for easy sheet handling, while a precision rack-and-pinion back gauge, solid finger guard, front and side gauges, bevel gauges, and two front arms support accurate material positioning.

Additional features include single or continuous stroke operation, a heavy-duty foot switch, pressure relief valve, electric solenoid hydraulic valve, adjustable dial stroke control, and hydraulic power applied through double-acting cylinders.
