Overview

Tennsmith PR16 Power Rotary is a versatile sheet metal forming machine designed for a wide range of fabrication applications. Capable of forming up to 16-gauge mild steel, the PR16 features variable speed control, a heavy cast body, and a steel body stand for reliable operation.

A 3/4-horsepower gear motor provides smooth, consistent performance, with working speeds adjustable from 3 to 45 RPM. Forming pressure is controlled by a crank located at the top of the frame, while an optional hydraulically powered forming pressure unit is available.

The PR16 accommodates a variety of forming operations, including crimping, single beading, ogee beading, elbow edging, flattening, wiring, burring, and turning. Forming rolls are ordered separately, allowing the machine to be configured for specific fabrication requirements.

With its rugged construction and range of available forming rolls, the Tennsmith PR16 provides a practical solution for sheet metal shops and HVAC duct fabrication applications.
