Overview
Roper Whitney AutoBrake folding machines are American-made CNC folders designed for accurate, repeatable sheet metal forming.
The AutoBrake family includes 10′ and 12′ machines with capacities ranging from 16 gauge through 10 gauge mild steel. Straight models are designed for standard folding applications, while Kombi models incorporate a rotating head with segmented box-and-pan tooling for additional forming capabilities.
AutoBrake machines feature Roper Whitney’s Synergy control system for programming folding operations. The rigid machine design, programmable backgauge, crowning adjustment, and available tooling configurations allow the AutoBrake to be configured for a wide range of sheet metal fabrication applications.
