TDX Rollformer

Dual-head rollforming system designed to produce T-25a or T-25b SMACNA-approved transverse flange connectors with 16 forming stations on each rollform head.

Overview

The Vicon Dual Head TDX Rollformer is designed to produce either T-25a or T-25b SMACNA-approved transverse flange connectors as part of an automated duct fabrication system.

Each rollform head incorporates 16 forming stations for consistent, high-quality forming. Precision ball screws provide parallelism and quick changeover, while large heavy-duty bearings with inner races and grease fittings help protect the rollformer and extend machine life.

Pneumatically operated bypass guides with wedge-grip conveyors allow blanks to pass through the machine for other types of duct connections. A heavy-duty roller chain drive, rugged stress-proof roller spindles, and oil-bath gear reducer provide reliable, quiet, long-life performance.
