Overview

The Vicon Duct Brake is designed for positioning and 90° bending of TDX flanged ductwork, including L-Duct Sections, Full Wrap Duct, and fittings.

The machine provides 16-gauge × 5′ bending capacity and accommodates up to 2″ of liner when forming lined duct. A pneumatic forming cycle with single foot-switch operation provides efficient forming of TDX or Slip & Drive ductwork.

Manual or push-button controls and a timer for bend sequences provide straightforward operation, while the adjustable-height table accommodates TDX, Slip & Drive, and raw material. Precision heavy-duty construction provides a durable platform for demanding duct fabrication applications.

Additional features include a front support apron and a retractable notch positioning guide that helps locate bends while allowing easier part removal.
