Overview

The Vicon Elite is a rigid, high-precision CNC plasma cutting system designed for accuracy, versatility, and superior edge quality. Precision dual linear guiding and worm gear drives with digital motors provide accurate movement of the aluminum gantry for precise cuts and superior round holes.

The Elite features a standard 5′ × 10′ cutting area, with optional configurations available up to 10′ × 40′. Its gantry can accommodate plasma torches, oxy-fuel torches, scribing tools, and drill heads for flexible fabrication applications.

Solid-state controls and digital drives provide fast, precise cutting, while proximity sensors help protect the drivetrain. High-speed dual drives provide traverse speeds of more than 2,000 IPM.

Electronic torch height control helps maintain proper cutting height, while a collision safety device protects the torch from material impacts. PC control with Vicon Fabrication Cutting Software provides shape libraries, Super Nest, DXF file import, and CAD sketch tools for efficient programming and material utilization.

Built-in material stops, cleanout doors, on-screen machine status, and diagnostic features help provide reliable operation and long-term performance.
