Overview

The Vicon Fabricator 510HD is a heavy-duty CNC plasma cutting system designed for fabrication and job shop applications where accuracy, versatility, and productivity are essential. Its rigid one-piece frame and precision motion system provide a stable platform for clean, accurate cutting while helping reduce material waste and operating costs.

Dual rack-and-pinion drives with digital motors provide precise gantry movement for sharp corners and accurate parts. High-speed dual drives deliver speeds of more than 2,000 IPM, while proximity sensors and customized table stops support reliable operation and easy diagnostics.

The Fabricator 510HD offers a standard 5′ × 10′ cutting area with configurations available up to 10′ × 40′ and accommodates cutting applications from light-gauge material through 1-1/4″ plate. Two tooling stations provide additional flexibility for a variety of cutting applications.

Optional electronic torch height control maintains proper cutting height for improved cut quality, while collision protection helps safeguard the torch and reduce downtime. The system is controlled using Vicon Fabrication Cutting Software, with shape libraries, Super Nest, DXF file import, and CAD sketch tools for efficient programming and material utilization.
