Heavy-duty, high-speed servo-feed bending system for automated production of L-section, U-section, and full-wrap duct.

Overview

The Vicon Full Wrap Automatic Brake System is a heavy-duty, high-speed servo-feed bending system designed for automated duct fabrication.

A high-production front gauge gripper/ejector system uses a dual rack-and-pinion servo drive to help ensure squareness and accuracy. Vicon’s Time Based Logic eliminates the need for adjustments to external sensors, while an industry-leading guiding system requires no adjustments.

The system is capable of producing L-section, U-section, or full-wrap duct and is automatically controlled by the Vicon Control System. A remote Coil Line Operator Control station provides centralized operation as part of the integrated coil line.
