Shipping

• All orders ship UPS Flat Rate.
• Orders leave our warehouse in 1–2 business days.
• UPS Ground delivery is usually 1–5 business days.
• Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Returns

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Non-returnable: custom-cut blades, special orders, and opened consumables.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless we made an error or item arrives damaged).
• Some items may have a 15% restocking fee.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

1. Contact us within 5 business days with your order number and photos.
2. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
