Overview
The Vicon Full Coil Line is an integrated duct fabrication system designed to streamline production from coil processing through forming and material handling.
The system combines multiple specialized segments into a complete production line, allowing fabricators to configure equipment around their production requirements. Individual components handle coil feeding and processing, lockseaming, material transfer, cleat edge forming, TDX rollforming, duct lining, braking, and coil handling.
The modular design allows individual segments to work together as a complete system while providing flexibility for shops to configure or expand their production line as requirements change.
